There is no charge for a budget and credit counseling session. Other types of appointments such as student loan, housing, or bankruptcy counseling require a nominal fee.

Yes, our counselors are certified through the National Foundation for Credit Counseling (NFCC) as well as the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). In order to keep their certifications current, ongoing education is required. 

Yes, we can work with you over the phone or virtually although in-person appointments provide the most benefit.
